CGI Windows had outgrown a patchwork of tools and manual setup. Email, file access, customer paperwork, and day-to-day device provisioning were spread across systems that did not fit together cleanly.
The rollout handled Microsoft 365 end-to-end: email, DNS, SharePoint, shared drives, user access, and on-site device setup. Staff could start with laptops configured properly on day one, and the business had a cleaner operational foundation after the migration.
Support continues beyond the initial setup. We check in regularly, handle issues as they come up, onboard new staff when the team grows, and make sure the setup keeps pace with how the business actually works. Nothing gets left to figure out alone.
